With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Paul has held various roles in Operational, Change, and Technology functions. He began his career at Commercial Union Investment Management in 1999 and later worked at Morley Fund Management. In 2004, Paul joined J.P. Morgan, where he served as Technology Director for Investment Operations Services (IOS) and Transfer Agency (TA) until 2014. After a period of consultancy, Paul returned to Aviva Investors in 2016. He served as Interim CIO for Aviva UK Life (now Insurance, Wealth & Retirement) in 2023 before resuming his role as CIO for Aviva Investors in 2024.
